Merchandise return/replacements
Inovago offers all their customers a 30-day policy return in store.
Reason: All reasons are valid
Return shipping charges: payable by the customer
The defective product will be replaced with the same product purchased by the customer. If the product is not available in stock, a refund can be made.
If the product is not defective and the customer simply doesn’t want it anymore:
- 10% fees for return of the item on the shelves
- Return shipping charges payable by the customer
- Inovago doesn’t refund the original shipping fees
*** The operations management team can offer a special refund if it appears appropriate.
After the guarantee +30 days
We refer the consumer directly to the manufacturer if the product is still under guarantee with the manufacturer. Each product is different. The customer must consult the guarantee card of the product. If the manufacturer’s guarantee has expired, we may offer a 10 % discount on a repurchase with Inovago.
Prior to returning an item for replacement, the customer must contact us for return directions at: kEncEmailjogpAjopwbhp/dpn
All the customers who wish to return a product must first ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before the shipping of the product.
