Assembly Instructions
1. Loosen the wing nut on the unit and orient the product how you wish it to be mounted and tighten the wing nut
2. Attach the base and tighten the wing nut
3. (If attaching the base to a flat surface) use your own screws and mount the base to the surface).
(If you are mounting to a pipe) use the U-bolt in the provided location on the base and put the mast pipe through the U-bolt and tighten the bracket.
