Description
The Armour SX5000 WB is a Department of Transportation-approved water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armour SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or colour of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mould, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.
