The Panic Mouse WEB is an exciting new toy from the same folks that brought us the Undercover Mouse. The wand arm moves back and forth and around the track while pushing the ball around inside. This movement will attract your cat to play. The web allows your cat to see the action from the top as well as from the sides. There are three variable speeds as well as a random setting on this electronic activity toy for cats. Choose the speed that's best for your cat.
