Evolve LTM-5 Add-on Z-Wave Wireless Wall Mounted 3-Way Switch

The LTM-5 is the Evolve in-wall accessory switch, used for creating virtual 3-way and 4-way circuits, as well as wirelessly controlling Evolve lighting devices and plug-in modules. The LTM-5 does not directly control a load, rather it communicates with other load controlling devices or plug-in modules.

Opearating Guide
Install the the LTM-5 switch in any outlet and include it to your Z-Wave Gateway Controller. Create a scene with the LTM-5 any any other Z-Wave light switch or receptacle to add manual and remote control to a power source. The device communicates on/off and dimming signals to the units it's paired with, it does not require to be hard-wired with any of the other switches in a 3-way or 4-way configuration. Put the LTM-5 in your bedroom and turn the lights off in your basement even if you forgot your cell phone downstairs.

Installation
You can wire the LTM-5 anywhere power is available, all you need is neutral and line connection. Carefully follow instructions in the diagram on the left and remember: check for neutral connection in your gang box before purchasing the switch. Once securily placed in an outler, include the LTM-5 in your Z-Wave network and set up a scene with any other smart home on/off switch, receptacle, or module to control the load remotely and manually.
